Investment, Costs and Terms

Based within walking distance of the Davos Promenade, the programme places six students at the centre of WEF Week, learning alongside global leaders at one of the most consequential convenings in the world.

Programme investment: CHF 18,000 per participant

The early bird rate of CHF 15,000 closed on 20 October 2026.

Additional costs

The programme fee does not include:

  • International airfare

  • Visa fees

  • Travel and medical insurance

  • Meals beyond those provided by the programme

  • Airport transfers for participants who arrive early or leave late

  • Personal expenses

Payment terms

Full payment is due within 5 days of acceptance, and no later than 15 November 2026. Fees are not refunded for cancellation by the participant or for any unused portion of the programme. A replacement participant may be considered, subject to interview and approval.

Programme confirmation

Youth Leaders Davos 2027 will be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not reached by 15 November 2026. If this happens, enrolled participants will be notified by 17 November 2026 and will receive a full refund of programme fees paid to date, issued within 14 working days. The refund does not cover travel, visa, or insurance costs, so we recommend booking travel only after you receive our confirmation, no later than 17 November 2026.

Application timeline

  • Applications open: 22 August 2026

  • Final application deadline: 8 November 2026

  • Invitation to interview: Within 3 days of application

  • Admission notification: Within 5 days of interview

  • Acceptance and payment deadline: 15 November 2026

Applications may close earlier than these deadlines if all places are filled and committed.
