17 - 24 January 2026
DAVOS
Youth Leaders Davos is for aspiring participants, age 17 - 24, who want to:
lead with authenticity, not performance
turn challenges into courage
understand themselves more deeply
connect with peers who care about the world
make ideas come alive
step toward a meaningful future
become the kind of leader others trust and follow
It’s a journey of becoming — from self-awareness to creative action, from inner clarity to outward impact.
And most importantly:
You are welcome here exactly as you are. And the world needs the leader you’re becoming.
Program Agenda
Saturday, January 17, 2026 — Arrival & Belonging
We begin by gathering as a community of emerging leaders from around the world. You’ll meet each other in a human way — not through achievements, but through curiosity and shared purpose. We’ll explore the wisdom of our elders and the future we hope to create.
Sunday, January 18, 2026 — The Inner Journey (Leadership Begins Within)
Great leadership starts with one question: “Who am I, really?”
This day is a chance to step into courage and self-awareness. Through time in nature and Inner View Witnessing, you’ll explore:
who you are beneath expectation
the parts of yourself you rarely show the world
the strengths you’ve overlooked
the fears that hold you back
the leader you are becoming
This is where personal leadership begins.
Monday, January 19, 2026 — Origin Davos: Create the Future
Now we turn outward where you explore the change you want to make in the world. You’ll work in teams, guided by experienced mentors, to shape ideas aligned with your values and innovation.
Through collaboration. you’ll present your ideas to global leaders and impact investors who are here to champion and support young leaders.
This is where legacy begins.
