For decades, ambitious families built their children’s futures around the United States — Ivy League universities, Wall Street, Silicon Valley.

But today, many of Asia’s and the Middle East’s most influential families are quietly rethinking that path. Political volatility, safety concerns, and shifting admissions priorities have created new risks for those who once assumed the U.S. was the only route to global success.

At the same time, Europe is emerging as the most stable and strategically connected hub — from London to Geneva to Zurich. Davos remains the ultimate meeting ground where political power meets economic influence.

Youth Leaders Davos positions your family at the heart of this shift — giving your child rare, early access to networks most only encounter years later.

  • Interactive sessions with world leaders, and other confirmed 2026 speakers (to be finalized).

Parents attend a private roundtable on Europe’s emerging education and business landscape.

Each participating family share legacy film.

  • Each participant is matched with a global mentor — diplomat, entrepreneur, or innovator — to explore leadership pathways.

Parents join closed-door briefings on global market trends, cross-border investments, and positioning their family legacy.

  • Youth experience guided introductions and behind-the-scenes exposure at key Davos venues.

Parents join private sessions and select networking events alongside global CEOs, policy leaders, and impact investors.

  • Parents take part in invitation-only investor and policy networking lunches.

Youth join innovation and impact workshops guided by mentors to sharpen their vision and public profile.  For example “Sharky Tank”.

  • Professional photo & video sessions to craft a compelling international profile; storytelling and public-speaking coaching.

Parents engage in exclusive dinners with European business and policy leaders, deepening strategic connections.

  • Joint closing session where families plan next-12-month mentorship follow-up, university positioning, and long-term global network building.

Youth reside in supervised, private dormitory accommodations; parents are hosted separately in partner hotels — ensuring safety, independence, and tailored experiences for both generations.

A Personal Invitation from April Hu

After years working alongside global CEOs, diplomats, and innovators, I founded Youth Leaders Davos to give the next generation of influential families something I wish had existed earlier — direct, trusted access to the networks that shape the world.  My mission is to build bridges through education between the youth of the East and the West.

Each January, I personally curate and host a private group of just 10 families. This ensures every conversation is meaningful, every introduction intentional, and every participant — parent and child alike — leaves with new doors open academically, professionally, and globally.

If you believe your child’s future deserves more than traditional paths can offer, I invite you to explore whether this experience is right for your family.
